Returns & Refunds

30-day returns, no restocking fee, and a 7-day window for anything that arrives dead, damaged, or wrong.

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, resalable condition with original packaging and all accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return (RMA)

Email tech@corvon.tech with your order number and reason (photos for defects). We’ll issue an RMA number and the return address within 1–2 business days. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed. Please ship with a tracked service within 14 days of receiving the RMA — we can’t take responsibility for return parcels lost in transit.

Defective on arrival / wrong or missing item

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including all shipping costs — and you won’t need to return the unit unless we ask for it back.

Change-of-mind returns

Buyer pays return shipping; no restocking fee. Items that have been installed, powered, soldered, or configured are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (they remain covered by the Limited Warranty if defective). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where statutory withdrawal rights require otherwise (see below).

Refunds

Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. If a refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest path is a return plus a new order. Direct exchanges are available for the same item (e.g. a DOA replacement).

Cancellations

Full refund if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

EU & UK consumers

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Where you exercise statutory withdrawal rights, we refund the item price plus the least expensive standard delivery we offer, and we may deduct any reduction in the goods’ value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature and function, as permitted by law.
