Limited Warranty

CORVON warrants products purchased from corvon.tech against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery — all product categories: flight controllers, ESCs and stacks, RTK & GNSS modules, and ranging modules. This is a voluntary limited warranty offered by CORVON; it is separate from, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have under local consumer law.

Flashing or configuring officially supported firmware — Betaflight, INAV, ArduPilot, PX4 — does not void your warranty.

• Crash, impact, or physical damage (bent boards, cracked components, prop strikes)
• Water, dust, or corrosion damage
• Damage from incorrect wiring — reversed polarity, short circuits, solder bridges, or input voltage/current beyond rated specifications
• ESC burnout caused by operation beyond rated specifications or wiring faults
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or component-level rework
• Normal wear and cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
• Products purchased second-hand or from sellers not authorized by CORVON

For valid claims we will repair or replace the product (same model, or a functionally equivalent/newer model if discontinued) at no charge. If neither is practical, we’ll refund. Replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. Import duties or taxes charged on a replacement shipment, if any, remain the buyer’s responsibility, as with regular orders.

Email tech@corvon.tech with your order number, product SKU, and photos or video showing the issue. Many issues can be resolved without a return; if a return is needed, we’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.

This warranty covers the CORVON component only. To the extent permitted by law, CORVON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including damage to aircraft, other components, payloads, or data, or costs of recovery and downtime. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.

Valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from corvon.tech. For purchases through other channels (e.g. Amazon), warranty service is provided through that channel’s process.
